The lounge is equipped with colour TV, DVD, Freeview and a coal effect fire and fireplace. The Dining table seats 6 people at a go. The Kitchen has a gas oven and hob with an electric extractor fan. There is a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer.
The toilet room is separate to the shower room. The Shower room has a larger shower enclosure. The caravan is a spacious 37 foot by 12 foot caravan with lots of cupboards and wardrobe space in a light teak colour.
Outside there is a patio with a picnic bench style table on hard standing patio slabs and bricks. The caravan is set in a spacious cove in a nice location, with attractive views, and of course it is within the Butlins Minehead complex, your car parking space is the near caravan.
Full Butlins Entertainment Passes and utilities included. To progress your booking we need the names, dates of Birth and addresses of all the people in your holiday party (this is a Butlins regulation). Please ensure you send this information as soon as possible.

Please note single sex parties are not permitted (Butlins rules – except adult weekends when single sex groups are accepted) and the lead member must be aged at least 25, unless agreed in writing prior to holiday. Ask about other dates available on ebay. Duvets and pillows provided, but guests are respectively requested to bring own linen and towels. £100 security (damage) deposit to be added to the total holiday price (totally refundable providing no damage etc), and is normally refunded after the caravan is checked and is repaid by paypal or cheque, as appropriate.
